Solving the social media mess
We started Foodma after seeing how many food vendors operate today, especially across social media. Sellers on Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok often rely on DMs and chats to take orders, confirm availability, and coordinate delivery. This process is messy, time-consuming, and leads to missed orders, delays, and poor customer experience. At the same time, customers who just want to quickly find and order food are forced into back-and-forth conversations instead of a simple, reliable checkout experience.
And with food businesses with physical stores (restaurants, cafes, kiosks, and more), the problem continues—many small food businesses lack proper systems to manage demand, track customers, or scale beyond daily manual operations.
Bringing everything into one place
Foodma solves this by bringing everything into one place. Vendors get a simple storefront where customers can view their menu, place orders, and pay without friction. Orders are managed in a structured system, customers are retained, and vendors can choose how they want to fulfill delivery—whether by themselves, third-party riders, or through Foodma.
On the customer side, Foodma provides an easy way to discover and order from trusted local food vendors without the usual hassle.
